At HBMG Store (HartBoyz Musik Group), all products are custom-made and produced on demand specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Color or design preference
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will replace the item at our discretion. Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, HBMG Store is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins immediately after checkout.
